Deportation quotas encourage unethical behavior

To: Sen. Justice, Rep. Moore, Sen. Capito

From: A constituent in Stonewood, WV

June 6

This week saw record breaking arrests of immigrants, many at their check-ins and court dates. 2,000 workers, taxpayers, parents gone in a single day. Lies are being spread about immediate deportation orders that were never issued. Every PERSON deserves lawful due process. It should be about dangerous criminals, not a quota. This comes alongside pressure from Stephen Miller, who is threatening to fire ICE eadership if they don't make 3,000 arrests per day. This is unethical and encouraged the unconstitutional behavior. Stop this now!
