You have the opportunity to secure a huge win for women's equality. Coming off a historic defeat for the second ever woman to run for President, American women are discouraged and disillusioned. Apparently this country would rather elect a conviced felon who already failed the country in his last administration , rather than a woman who is exponentially more qualified. As you leave office, women are deapairing of ever being truly equal. But that doesn't have to be the case. We know the Equal Rights Amendment has been ratified by the states, and offers women and queer people federal protection of their rights. It is within your power to have it published, and arguably was never the place of the Archivist or Justice Department to block its publication to begin with. More importantly- the women of the USA don't care about legalities. Our rights are not up for debate. Either act now, or be forever known as a false ally. Publish the Equal Rights Amendment. Thank you.
