I am writing to let you know that I strongly oppose the GOP Continuing Resolution. I know Republicans cannot pass this resolution without votes from Democrats. I am aware that this resolution will give unprecedented power to the office of the president, and also to Elon Musk, who has no business having ANY power in our government. So I am letting you know that, as your constituent, I expect you to vote against this resolution. Also, I would like you to send me a copy of your statement denouncing the kidnapping and illegal detention of Mahmoud Khalil. I assume you have made one. This move is outrageous, and egregiously unconstitutional. I would like to know what you are doing about it.
