I have personally written you 5000 times in the last decade. That means, Senator, that on 5000 occasions I have been so concerned or moved or interested in my country that I shared those concerns with you. Have I ever had a reply? No. Do I ever see my views represented in yours, as you are my representative? Rarely. Do you ever listen to anyone who disagrees with you? You don’t respond to letters. Your phone banks are full and take no messages. You refuse to do Town Halls? How, then, do you represent me? How do you hear opposing views? How do you engage with your constituents? I have no hope that you will respond, but I will continue to write, because I love my country. I thought you did as well, until you became a total sycophant of Donald Trump, and were too cowardly to ever call him out, not even now, when he blasts out expletives on Easter Sunday. How can you stay silent? Disgraceful.
