In case anyone in Congress has forgotten how this works — or is using weaponized incompetence to fail at their job — here’s a simple step-by-step guide:
⸻
Step One:
→ The House Judiciary Committee opens an impeachment inquiry.
→ This involves subpoenaing documents, hearing testimony, and investigating illegal acts.
→ Fortunately for you, the American people have already done most of the work. Just look at the thousands and thousands of documented and researched posts, tweets, videos, emails, and calls received over the past six months.
→ And if you still need one example spelled out: Trump just launched an illegal war on Iran and bragged about it on Truth Social. This is a clear violation of 50 U.S.C. § 3093.
⸻
Step Two:
→ The Committee drafts Articles of Impeachment.
→ These documents do not need to be long. They simply state the crimes committed by the President.
→ You only need one article — but feel free to include several. If you require help, the Trump Administration Tracker documents illegal executive actions and constitutional violations in real time.
→ Again — the evidence is already done. You only need to act.
⸻
Step Three:
→ The full House of Representatives votes on the Articles of Impeachment.
→ It only requires a simple majority — so there are no valid excuses.
→ It is time for members of both parties to do their job and uphold the Constitution.
→ If you need a refresher on the charges, refer back to Step Two.
⸻
Step Four (we’re almost there!):
→ The Senate holds a trial.
→ They review the evidence (which is abundant and well-documented).
→ They deliberate and vote.
→ As a reminder — 50 U.S.C. § 3093 was clearly violated when Trump bombed Iran without Congressional approval. That is illegal.
⸻
Step Five:
→ Two-thirds of Senators must vote to convict.
→ Any Senator voting against conviction will be on record supporting illegal actions that jeopardize this nation.
→ If the Senate fulfills its responsibility, the President is removed from office.
⸻
Bonus Step:
→ Rinse and repeat for all Cabinet officials involved in these crimes — because none of them are above the law.
→ And remember: members of Congress who enabled these abuses must also be held accountable.
