Save the National Parks! How does it help us as a nation if all the parks staff are laid off and the parks are closed? I am planning a vacation to Alaska this summer and I heard that the visitors center in Juneau will be closed and we might not get to visit Glacier Bay. Our national parks are the envy of the world and bring vast amounts of tourism dollars from all over the world. This is just shortsighted.
