Immediate Action Needed for Additional FEMA Relief Funding
To: Rep. Quigley
From: A constituent in Chicago, IL
October 7, 2024
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern about the delay in passing additional FEMA relief funding. As disasters continue to affect communities across the country, it is crucial that we provide the necessary resources to help people recover and rebuild.
Our neighbors and fellow Americans are counting on swift action, and I urge you to prioritize the passage of this funding. These delays are unacceptable when lives and livelihoods are on the line.
I also strongly encourage Speaker Mike Johnson to call the House back from recess and get back to work on this critical issue. We cannot afford any further inaction.
Please do everything in your power to move this process forward. Our communities are depending on it.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
