As a veteran and a child of the Cold War, I am extremely alarmed by the damage being done to our nearly century old alliances by the irrrsponsible and inflammatory rhetoric around a hostile takeover of Greenland. Such an action would comepletely undermine international law and permanently destroy America's credibility and standing and cannot be permitted to take place. The Senate and House must utilize the tools that the American people elected them to use and prevent what will surely become a senseless war.
