I believe the Trump administration is quite serious when they talk about “acquiring” Greenland. Please keep your eyes on this matter and do not treat it as a distraction. Our alliance with NATO is at stake. I do not see the Democratic Party making much noise about this yet, but I hope that changes soon. Please be prepared to loudly express your opposition, especially if the administration starts seriously discussing involving troops. Polling indicates it is deeply unpopular, but I have no doubt that the GOP will fall in line as things get more serious. The sooner you oppose it, the more you will have the public on your side. We need to express strong, vocal support for our European allies.
