Vote NO on the SAVE Act

To: Sen. McCormick, Sen. Fetterman

From: A constituent in Bristol, PA

April 12, 2025

Let’s be clear: the SAVE Act isn’t about election security—it’s about voter suppression. This bill would make it harder for millions of eligible Americans to vote by requiring costly documents like passports or birth certificates to register. That means seniors, low-income families, rural residents, married women, trans and nonbinary people, and communities of color could be blocked or targeted—on purpose. The SAVE Act would also gut mail-in and online registration, end automatic voter registration, and criminalize election workers for helping citizens register. It’s a direct attack on the freedom to vote. If you believe in a democracy that includes everyone—no matter their ZIP code, income, or identity—you must vote NO on the SAVE Act. Don’t help silence the people. Stand up and protect the right to vote.
