I know that Senator Tim Kaine is expected to force a vote this week on a War Powers resolution to prevent further military operations in Venezuela. I wan t the Senator to support it. Congress seems sidelined and the Constitution’s checks and balances totally disregarded—this must change immediately. In the absence of meaningful congressional oversight, the U.S. risk ks.
