I find it despicable that you are endorsing Andrew Cuomo for mayor - a man who has proven he does not care for New Yorkers and someone who has behaved poorly toward his own constituents and his staff when in power. His track record alone should exempt him from consideration. This has made it clear to me that I will not vote for you next time you are running for election, and I hope the party finds a suitable primary opponent to remove you from power. You’ve grown comfortable and complacent, and are clearly just a party insider looking to retain your spot in Congress. You have also failed to be proactive and defiant in the face of Trump’s heinous and fascist actions. Try to take a page from AOC’s playbook and stand up for your constituents instead of sitting idly by and waiting for someone else to lead the charge. New Yorkers deserve better and you’ve been in office way too long.
