Make Trump’s Federal Employee NDAs Illegal I’m writing to urge you to write and pass a law making NDAs illegal for federal workers and for all other workers unless they relate directly to unpatented proprietary information dealing with an organization’s direct business services. NDAs violate one’s first amendment rights, and are asymmetrical for those on whom they are opposed. It is particularly ironic and egregious in this day and age, as DOGE captured and passed along citizens’ private date from every federal database to aggregators who will profile citizens along with every social media system and business that collects and takes ownership of people’s private data with no compensation. People have a right to control and use their own knowledge and information, and cannot be silenced by those in government,ent or with money and power.
