Permanent Sanctuary State, now! We insist that you make us a Permanent Sanctuary State. The federal administration cannot be trusted, and has made their intentions clear. We do not yet have strong enough policy, status, and accountability - we cannot wait another day. Immigrant Rights are Human Rights. Our Newcomer and Immigrant community members deserve nothing less than a state-based, untouchable, permanent set of protections. Lead the way in this matter - nothing less is acceptable. Thank you in advance.
