Greetings. I am a voting constituent in rural west Texas. Finally. The curtain has been definitively pulled back for all the world to see. The Emperor has no clothes. The Wizard is not all powerful. His real face is clear. And his MSG rally just proved it. Language like was heard at that rally had not been heard since the last fascist gathering there in 1939. Only the fashions have changed. Sort of. Oh, and the man they all came to idolize. A man who has thrown all semblance of pretense away and has decided Americans’ hate hate for each other will win the day for him. No one can defend the disgusting vitriol heard there that we’re reading today. But yet, some in your party continue to try. Does it not bother any of you the hate that is being fomented and unleashed on the country? Does it not concern you that there is now no degradation and demeaning that is off limits? Are you not repelled by the path of complete chaos and destruction that people who turned up and cheered at this rally have chosen? Are you happy with what we now see with our own eyes is the current Republican party? With a leader that has been enabled to destroy the same party that allowed his rise to power? Your party is dead. Intellectually and morally. It is now a party of baseness. Cruelty. And inhumanity. With nothing but grievance and animosity for all but what DJT says. A party of basic primal hate. Unleashed. And given permission to do whatever it takes against whomever stands in the way. America will survive week until the election. It’s afterwards that we are worrying about.
