Please withhold funding for the Dept of Homeland Security unless and until Congress imposes STRICT, NARROW, ENFORCEABLE rules on ICE.

Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen was MURDERED in cold blood by ICE thugs in Minneapolis on January 24, 2026. Pretti was filming these thugs when he was violently restrained and shot repeatedly IN THE BACK. Renee Good was also MURDERED in cold blood by ICE thugs recently in Minneapolis. She was shot repeatedly in the face/head while following orders to leave the area.

Since the House has already passed a DHS funding bill that preserves ICE’s budget for fiscal year 2026, the Senate must not allow this funding bill to pass until strict guardrails are put up around what ICE can and cannot do. I don’t care how long this takes.

ICE is operating outside constitutional limits by entering homes without a judicial warrant (4th Amendment) and killing citizens for exercising their right to protest (1st Amendment).

The violence is escalating. Alex Pretti’s killing was the ninth ICE shooting since September 2025. That fact sends chills down my spine as it should yours also. The takeovers of our cities by ICE thugs has nothing to do with border security or expelling undocumented ‘rapists & murderers’. It’s meant to frighten us, control us, and be disgustingly cruel. 

ICE recently received approximately $75 billion through last year’s major budget legislation, without meaningful guardrails or oversight. Please find a way to take that money back and refuse to pass ANY funding bill or continuing resolution without enforceable reforms. I demand a very NARROW scope of what ICE can do. No more hiding behind those masks, or avoiding consequences for heinous crimes they commit.

Fight for our Democracy. Scream at the top of your lungs for this to end, and to blame everyone in that chain of command - all the way to the White House.
