Hello, I was just informed about bills S2425 & H7540, which would enact Ranked Choice Voting in RI. I'm writing to vehemently ask for you to support these bills. RCV is extremely good for democracy, and enables people to stop having to do "tactical voting" in primaries. They can just vote for who they wanted in the first place. I understand that some people may find the process confusing, but literally any change is going to confuse some percentage of people, and this should not be a compelling reason to not make things better. Frankly, "rank who you want, and leave the rest blank" is a pretty easy set of instructions. Thank you for your time!
