I’m reaching out as a patient and physician who relies heavily on my local independent pharmacy. I’m worried that my pharmacy might have to close because of unfair practices by Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs). These practices seem to be designed to push out the smaller pharmacies that provide the kind of care I’ve come to rely on. SB 966 would help protect my pharmacy from these practices, and I’m asking for your support of community pharmacies and patients by signing SB 966 (Wiener).
