A national, hybrid state and federal justice system with Ground Troopers and NGDI (national government data intelligence) baked in. --- BILL TO CONGRESS Title: National State Joint Task Force Act Section 1. Purpose To establish in every state a unified task force with dual state and federal authority, supported by Government Data Intelligence units, which investigate crimes, locate missing persons, locate fugitives, and share intelligence across all jurisdictions without delay. Section 2. Establishment of Task Forces A National State Joint Task Force shall be created in each of the 50 states and U.S. territories. Each task force is national in scope and covers every region ,No state or region is excluded. Ground Trooper Officers shall be dual-sworn at both the state and federal level, giving them full authority to operate across state lines and jurisdictional boundaries. Section 3. Chain of Command The task force Ground Troopers operate under a single national command structure for coordination and standards. (With solid intelligence of factual databank information and evidence) Day-to-day operations are conducted at both the federal and state level. The chain of command flows from the national command down through each state task force to the Ground Trooper officers on the ground. Section 4. National Government Data Intelligence Unit (NGDI) Within each state task force, a National Government Data Intelligence unit shall be established. The NGDI serves Nationally both state and federal. Its duties include: Real time collection and analysis of communications data, surveillance, and public records Centralizing every little detailed data of missing persons reports and investigations , all court and DOJ criminal cases, along with outstanding criminal investigations of fugitive tracking so no case is lost; system will organize all mandatory documented evidence that must be uploaded in real time as they support all investigations of each and every department of justice team along with taking their own actions on the ground with Coordinating air-based intelligence assets All department of justice can call in and request information for their internal investigational departments. Section 5. Cooperation and Jurisdiction All existing federal, state, and local agencies shall cooperate with the task forces. The task forces shall have full authority to investigate, pursue, and apprehend across all jurisdictions within the United States. Section 6. Objective To catch criminals, find missing people, close murder cases, stop people running from the law, and eliminate delays caused by jurisdictional limits by operating as one unified unit Me and MetaAi
