Elon Musk has gained access to government servers full of the personal financial data and other sensitive information of every single American taxpayer. He has done so without any legal process to give him authority, without any confirmation process, and without having an appropriate security clearance. Until this issue is corrected by the Trump Administration or the courts, your oath requires you to defend your constituents from violations of their constitutional rights and against an unelected plutocrat illegally gaining access to sensitive government information and the personal identifying information of every Granite Stater. “You get what you expect and you deserve what you tolerate.” -Mark Graban Expect lawful behavior from the President and don't tolerate lawless behavior from Elon Musk. I urge you to put holds on every single nominee from the Trump administration until the law is obeyed.
