I’m writing as a constituent to request that you do whatever is in your power to fix the power grid issues in our state at the moment. AI centers are running up our electric bills, despite these companies having enough money to put in their own electricity gathering. We should require any AI data centers to install solar and wind, along with their own water systems. Costs are at record highs across the board, so I sincerely urge you to regulate this industry so we can bring our energy costs down and prevent huge spikes in energy costs in the future related to AI data centers!
