Do not permit mining off Guam shores in the deepest unstudied seas on the planet. The environmental impact study will not even be completed before it is auctioned off. Demand studies be done, if the minerals that would be mined will still be needed as many batteries are now produced without them. Study the environmental impact as livelihoods would be lost. do not let this go forward. thousands have signed petitions, governments have banned it yet this corrupt government is going to take all the money from it. Guam is not represented. Demand the auction be haunted indefinitely now.
