I am writing to you from a rest stop in Death Valley National Park. I came here with my family so that my boys could experience true wilderness. I am extremely distressing about the plot that is unfolding to dismantle our national parks system and to deliver these precious spaces into the hands of corporate interests so that they can be destroyed. Please do whatever is in your power to rescind the orders that have caused so many parks employees to lose their jobs, and turn this around before it goes any further. Future generations depend on our actions. Thank you.
