California’s senators recently saw with their own eyes that DHS is not spending its medical budget on medical care for people detained - why would this new funding agreement make any difference when it doesn’t have any mechanism to enforce the prescribed use of Congressionally allocated funding? Things are getting worse and worse in Minnesota and elsewhere and unfortunately that includes Democratic leadership.
