Published reports indicate the administration is already floating the idea of a supplemental spending package for his Iran folly. Unless or until you are prepared to declare war on the remaining regime in the country I fail to understand how you plan to move forward. Without a Congressional declaration; there can be no supplemental appropriation to further his illegal spending. Please work to shut down this foreign incursion before it gets out of hand.
