We are one week away from SNAP running out of money. Millions of Americans—families, seniors, disabled people—are about to lose food assistance because this shutdown has gone on too long. Protecting ACA subsidies can’t happen in a vacuum. Food security is healthcare, and both depend on reopening the government. Democrats and Republicans alike must end this shutdown now so USDA can restore full funding for SNAP before benefits are interrupted in November. Every day of delay puts lives and stability at risk. Please act immediately to reopen the government.
