TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I am writing to demand an immediate end to the oligarchic hijacking of United States foreign policy. We are watching unelected, unconfirmed actors—including Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff—operate as private fixers on the world stage, cutting international deals behind closed doors while the Senate sits on its hands and watches our constitutional framework get gutted. Foreign policy is not a private family business or a playground for real estate developers and Russian stooges to enrich themselves at the expense of American security. Under Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution, major international agreements and diplomatic appointments require the Advice and Consent of the Senate. Bypassing Congress to let an unconfirmed inner circle dictate foreign affairs is not just an overreach—it is textbook oligarchic corruption. Furthermore, the Pentagon and military apparatus do not dictate American foreign policy; that power belongs to civilian leadership and, constitutionally, to Congress under Article I, Section 8. Allowing military and executive dictatorial control over international relations while cutting out the Senate reduces our government to rule by an elite clique. Shut this down. Demand full public transparency, subpoena these unconfirmed private envoys, and block any international deal, treaty, or strategic commitment that has not gone through the rigorous, transparent approval of the Senate.
