I am writing as your constituent to demand that Congress fully enforce the subpoena issued to Pam Bondi. Her departure from public office does not void her legal obligations, and any failure to comply must be treated as what it is: defiance of lawful congressional authority.
The subpoena names Pam Bondi as an individual. It does not apply only to the office she once held, and it does not expire when she leaves that position. Allowing her to ignore it would send a clear and unacceptable message that high-ranking officials can evade accountability simply by stepping down.
This matter goes beyond procedure. It directly affects transparency and justice in connection with the Epstein case. Survivors and the public are still owed answers. That obligation does not disappear with a title, and it should not be negotiable.
Congress must act decisively. If Pam Bondi refuses to comply, she should face the same legal consequences as any other individual who ignores a congressional subpoena. Anything less would be a double standard that undermines the rule of law and erodes public trust.
Accountability cannot be selective. It must be consistent, firm, and enforced without regard to status, position, or political affiliation. Failure to act here would signal weakness in congressional oversight and invite further disregard for lawful authority.
I urge you to take immediate and unequivocal action to enforce this subpoena and uphold the principle that no one is above the law.
