I am writing as your constituent to demand that Congress fully enforce the subpoena issued to Pam Bondi. Her departure from public office does not void her legal obligations, and any failure to comply must be treated as what it is: defiance of lawful congressional authority. The subpoena names Pam Bondi as an individual. It does not apply only to the office she once held, and it does not expire when she leaves that position. Allowing her to ignore it would send a clear and unacceptable message that high-ranking officials can evade accountability simply by stepping down. This matter goes beyond procedure.
