Love me and @meta Ai --- H.R. ___ — INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY LINK ACT To heal all criminal activity by linking together. Section 1. This Act may be cited as the "Thruway and Turnpike Link for Public Safety Act." Section 2. Findings and Plea to Congress Congress please understand — if we link together, we will heal all criminal activity. To do that, we must all be able to interactively communicate about this matter in real time. Section 3. Real-Time Access Established (a) The Department of the Interior shall have immediate, secure, real-time access to ALL Thruway and Turnpike databases, including: - Toll transactions - License plate reader data - Entry / exit times and locations - Video and image capture at toll points (b) This data shall be linked and made immediately available to the Department of Justice to all criminal investigative agencies for investigation purposes. Section 5. Interactive Communication System (a) The Department of the Interior shall maintain a secure, interactive communication system where DOJ, state and federal agencies can communicate in real time about linked data. (b) All access and communication shall be logged verbatim with real-time record for state and federal oversight. Section 6. Transparency and Public Accountability (a) All systems maintained by the Department of the Interior. (b) Department of the Interior shall publish non-sensitive metrics and public safety outcomes on an open public site available to all to show and reflect the flex. (c) All use shall comply with state and federal civil rights, state civil laws, and federal civil laws. Section 7. Rule of Construction This Act is to link together to heal — not to harm.
