Stop deployment of the national guard

To: Sen. Cornyn, Sen. Cruz, Rep. McCaul

From: A constituent in Bastrop, TX

September 6, 2025

Stop letting Trump deploy the national guard in situations where it is utterly unwarranted. Despite what some believe, violent crime is decreasing, and sending in the military will only inflame things. It is also a blatant overeach of the federal government, in response to protests they don't like.
