Limit Personal Lawsuits by Executive Office Holders until their Tenure Expires

Limit Personal Lawsuits by individuals holding Executive Office until their Tenure Expires This president has slipped seamlessly between “private citizen” and Executive of these United States as it suits him as he sues all perceived enemies personal and political, seeking retribution for any sleight including failure to comply fast enough with his latest whim. Most recently, Mr. Trump has decided he was wronged as a mere citizen when JP Morgan Chase correctly discerned that he was an investment risk after his failed coup following his election defeat in 2020. He now seeks to extort JP Morgan Chase through a personal lawsuit, as he has done to so many companies and individuals before them. Just as the DOJ has long eschewed legal action against sitting presidents so should we expect patience from a sitting President who believes he has personal business before the courts; it is not too much to ask the most powerful person in our country and possibly the world to wait until his tenure expires for him to seek monetary redress of his grievances. Otherwise, the presidency becomes a cheap vehicle for retribution of personal grievances that detracts from the public good.
