TRUMP COMMERCIAL I am writing to you today as a constituent deeply concerned about the potential misuse of taxpayer funds for partisan political advertising by the President during Sunday’s NFL games. It is my understanding that federal law, including the Antideficiency Act and long-standing appropriations bans on "publicity or propaganda," strictly prohibits the use of government resources for political campaigning. The public must have confidence that their tax dollars being used solely for legitimate government functions, not to advance the political interests any individual or party. I urge you to remain vigilant in your oversight duties and to ensure that all federal funds are used in strict accordance with the law.
