Stop the Administrations voter suppression efforts.

To: Rep. Wagner, Sen. Hawley, Sen. Schmitt

From: A constituent in High Ridge, MO

June 10

I want you to do all you can to protect the states rights to carry out the midterm election without federal intimidation of voters. The administration is threatening to use ICE and CBP at the polls. These organizations have been picking up legal migrants and deporting them on unsupported charges without due process. They are detaining people and moving them around so they don’t get support of legal counsel. They have to be kept away from the polls. Also I want you to protect voter roles held by the states from being collected by the federal government. They have no right to these files. They should stay in the States and be protected. This is a matter of states rights as written in the constitution. Although the administration doesn’t like free and fair elections the Congress needs to stand up for the constitution you swore an oath to uphold. It is the will of the people expressed through a free and fair election that gives our Government legitimacy. It is your job to protect it.
