I have recently learned of cuts to the FDA that will curtail or stop testing of milk and milk products. I am horrified that the basic safety of milk is being jeopardized by budget and staffing cuts. Infants and children drink milk daily. We use milk and milk products everyday in our household. I urge you to push to restore funding for testing and monitoring the safety of our food supply. It is an essential function of government.
