The relentless bombardment of Gaza by Israeli forces has claimed countless Palestinian lives, including many children, and unleashed unimaginable devastation on the densely populated civilian areas. This U.S.-funded violence against the besieged Palestinian population in Gaza amounts to a campaign of genocide enabled by American tax dollars. As global condemnation mounts, a permanent and unconditional ceasefire is urgently needed to end this appalling massacre and lift the illegal blockade that has suffocated Gaza for years. Unequivocal action must be taken to cease all military assistance to Israel until its occupation and oppression of Palestinians is terminated and human rights and international law are fully upheld. The perpetuation of this injustice with the backing of American funding is an egregious violation of human rights that can no longer be tolerated.
