I demand that you oppose RFK Jr., attempts to build an autism database from Medicare and Medicaid records, electronic medical records, and wearable smart devices. This is a blatant violation of HIPAA, and a violation of patients' privacy, violating their right to consent. Such a database will lead to no where good and will likely be used to nefarious purposes as this Administration has already proven time and time again they cannot be trusted to act in good faith with the benefit to all people living in the United States in mind.
