An Open Letter

To: Sen. Cornyn, Sen. Cruz

From: A constituent in Houston, TX

June 23, 2025

You have the power and responsibility to shut this down immediately. War powers lie with the Congress. History will forever remember what you do and don't do at this moment. Your silence is absolutely not tenable, Senator, with the world on the brink of war. When can we expect your statement of condemnation? You have ALL OF THE POWER to shut this down, and we all know it.
