Please protect the independence of the Stars and Stripes newspaper. The Pentagon is trying to neuter their journalistic independence, has banned them from picking up stories from wire services, and has fired their ombudsman without cause. Please do all you can to protect the Stars and Stripes so service people have access to real news and not the regimes propaganda. This administrations war on journalism and free speech cannot go unopposed.
