The United States Attorney General is entrusted with upholding the rule of law and protecting the constitutional rights of all citizens. However, the conduct of Attorney General Pam Bondi has undermined these foundational principles through willful violations of due process, obstruction of judicial authority, abuse of power for political retaliation, undisclosed conflicts of interest, and dereliction of national security duties. This pattern of unethical and unlawful behavior is unacceptable for the nation's chief law enforcement officer. A principled response is necessary to preserve the integrity of the Department of Justice and the democratic values it is sworn to uphold. Attorney General Bondi's actions demonstrate an unfitness for office and a disqualifying disregard for her constitutional oath. She should be removed from the Bar in addition to initiating impeachment proceedings, which is an appropriate and necessary step to hold her accountable and restore public trust in the fair administration of justice.
