IRAN AND ALL THE MISERY AND DEATH TO COME BELONG TO TRUMP AND HIS GOP

“A War No One Wants, Started by a Man No One Trusts” The GOP Congress should get used to this headline, as they twist themselves into whatever pretzel-shape is required to make war with Iran seem like a good thing for America. Pete Hegseth celebrated with his usual restraint, all but hopping up and down spit-shouting while condemning “so many of our traditional allies who wring their hands and clutch their pearls, hemming and hawing about the use of force. America, regardless of what so-called international institutions say, is unleashing the most lethal and precise air power campaign in history…. No stupid rules of engagement, no nation-building quagmire, no democracy-building exercise, no politically correct wars. We fight to win, and we don’t waste time or lives.” F—k civilization. F—k humanity. F—k your feelings. Dominance itself is the point. There is no other endgame. Who would choose to live in such a world? Humankind as a whole prefers peace to war. Stability to chaos. Kindness to killing. We don’t want to be led by bloodthirsty cosplayers. Meanwhile, while the administration spouts rhetoric worthy of an Old Testament crusade, our State Dept told US citizens to leave Gulf states immediately because of “serious safety risks,” “using available commercial transportation.” How are they expected to do that when many of the airports and airspaces in the region are closed? Some because they because they have actually been bombed? American embassies are also being attacked. And closed. How are those people expected to get home? What’s the plan? Other countries are arranging transport for their citizens. Sounds like we aren’t. Former paratrooper and Army Ranger Rep Jason Crow had something to say about the actual reality of war. “I learned, years ago, that when elites like Donald Trump bang the war drums and pound their chests in Washington, D.C., and talk about sending troops into the ground or into combat, he’s not talking about his kids. He’s not talking about all of his minions’ kids. He is talking about kids like me and the people that I grew up [with] in working-class areas, rural places around the country that have to pick up rifles, jump in the tanks or helicopters, and…do the tough work. Well, America is over it. America is over the three trillion dollars we’ve spent. The quagmires of failed nation building. The sending of our sons and daughters and brothers and sisters to enrich oil executives. America is over endless adventurism using our military. Because they want their infrastructure rebuilt. They want quality affordable healthcare. They want to be able to afford groceries. They want to be able to afford a home. They want to be able to send their kids to school.” Even Marjorie Taylor Greene seems to agree with Rep Crow posting, “The Trump admin actually asked in a poll how many casualties voters were willing to accept in a war with Iran??? How about ZERO you bunch of sick fucking liars. We voted for America First and ZERO wars.” That’s what real MAGA looks and sounds like. And everyone else who says they are MAGA but then jump into the fire he started in Iran is simply the cult of Trump. The entire pretense of MAGA as a political philosophy is being eviscerated. The hypocrisy is completely revealed. Loyalty to Trump demands giving up on America First. The Trump Doctrine is Trump First. And now it’s the GOP Doctrine as well. That’s what y’all sold your country and your souls for.
