Capito bragging about BEAD funding is peak Republican fraud. This is the SAME Biden infrastructure money you and your party tried to block, then slashed by hundreds of millions, and now you’re repackaging the leftovers as if you personally delivered broadband to West Virginia. You cut it → delayed it → lied about it → and now claim credit for it. Meanwhile WV is still dead last in broadband access because you people refuse to fully fund the buildout, regulate the monopolies, or hold ISPs accountable.
