It is imperative that the senate confirm all lower court appointments before the inauguration. Insurrectionist Donald Trump cannot be allowed to fill any of these vacancies. The lower courts provide an important check to slow the authoritarian ambitions of the Trump regime. The senate must confirm all appointments.
