Is Congress going to do anything to defend the Constitution and the people? Americans don't want Greenland. We don't want Venezuela. We don't want to destroy NATO. We don't want to abandon our allies. We don’t want to depend on Russia for security and trade. We don’t want federal agencies and military troops invading our states and cities. We don’t want to be injured, arrested, or killed by ICE. We want affordable housing, healthcare, utilities, and childcare. We want freedom of speech and freedom of assembly. We want economic and physical security. We want our elected representatives to represent us and not just the billionaires. We want our government to respect the U.S. Constitution. You've all sat on your thumbs for a year. Do your jobs. You control war powers. You control the purse. You have a voice. You have the vote. It’s time to use it. If you don't right this ship, then you’ll be right next to us when it sinks. It wont matter that you had first-class tickets and the rest of us were in steerage. If it sinks, we're all on the same boat.
