Donald Trump’s former personal criminal defense lawyer, now serving as Acting Attorney General of the United States, signed a one-page document in which the United States government “RELEASES, WAIVES, ACQUITS, and FOREVER DISCHARGES” Donald Trump, his sons, his businesses, his trusts, his affiliates, and his family from any federal claim, prosecution, audit, damages, or action of any kind. Permanent immunity for the President of the United States, his family, and his entire business empire. This is in addition to the $1.8 billion dollar January 6 Slush Fund to pay people Trump says were politically targeted, including the roughly 1,600 people charged in connection with the attack on the Capitol. This is the most corrupt act by a sitting President in modern American history. It is not close. I will use every tool I have in Congress to fight it. I will support every lawsuit challenging it. This must not stand. What are you doing to stop Trump's absolute corruption? I would like a response that does not include senator 'splaining. I need something real.
