Call me crazy but shouldn't the SURGEON General, by definition, be an actual SURGEON?! You must know in your heart that your silence is complicity in tarnishing the reputation of the United States and corrupting its many important official offices by him nominating and you confirming incompetent cosplayers to these critical positions. You will pay. You will get what you have coming. Midterms are going to be a disaster for the GOP, as Americans blame YOU for allowing him to destroy a vibrant if flawed economy. You will reap what you have sown. FAFO
