You should demand Chairman Ferguson of the FTC to investigate the proposed acquisition of Electronic Arts by the Saudi Public Investment Fund and Silver Lake. I'm concerned that this $20 billion debt-fueled deal will lag to massive layoffs and offshore American jobs in an industry that recently lost 35,000 workers. This level of cross-ownership between sports leagues and gaming creates a monopoly that hurts worker bargaining and suppresses wages.
