In addition to undermining our rights, hobbling the economy, and losing a senseless war, Trump is now embarked on ruining habitat for protected wildlife. The changes to the Endangered Species Act once again subvert public interest in favor of his corrupt deals with cronies. Is there anything good about this country that will survive 4 years of corruption, incompetence and deranged, amoral leadership? These species are treasures that cannot be replaced. Catering to extractive industry interests that are backward and harmful is a violation of the public trust. Shame on all who fail to speak out against this latest horror.
