I'm writing to urge you to continue to oppose H.R. 5371 and any budget bill like it. Such a bill would give yet another blank check to an authoritarian administration that continues to enact harmful and unconstitutional policies. Congress cannot pass any federal budget bill that does not require the executive branch to end their illegal budget rescissions, tariffs, and military invasion of American cities. Instead, please support a bill like S. 2882 to help heal some of the damage already done by this administration.
