Trump sued the IRS and claimed it was “weaponized” against him. He dropped his own lawsuit only because it was about to be dismissed. After he dropped it, the public was told there was a “settlement.” The settlement being the 1.776 billion dollar fund created with taxpayer money. It is not a legal settlement. It is a political slush fund used to compensate supposed “victims of DOJ weaponization,” including January 6 defendants. This is an abuse of power and a misuse of public funds. It is criminal behavior carried out with taxpayer money. At the same time, the Department of Justice under Todd Blanche is acting in Trump’s personal interest and blocking any civil or criminal liability for him and his family. This is unconstitutional and illegal. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. No official has the authority to place any individual above it. Government of the people, by the people, for the people demands that you act. You swore an oath to uphold the Constitution. I am demanding that you use every tool available to investigate and remove individuals who violate the Constitution and federal law, and that you hold them accountable.
