When a building or a structure is rotted out from bottom to top you do not nail on a few patches, slap on a coat of paint, and call it good. You burn it or bulldoze it to the ground. Only then can it be built back better than before. ICE seems to be one of our rotted out structures. At this point I do not believe it can be 'fixed.' It's time to totally dismantle it and start over with a new and improved version. There must be rules with consequences for violating those rulles. DEFUND ICE NOW!! IMPEACH the 'pres,' his enablers, and co-conspirators! CONVICT the 'pres' along with his enablers and co-conspirators! REMOVE the 'pres,' his enablers, and co-conspirators! Then - there must be investigations and trials of all involved with consequences (PRISON) for all those found guilty!
